Dear Friends:

 

This is an exerpt from the "Catch the Wave" meeting I recently shared:

 

I had three questions growing up that shaped my relationship to God. When I was 14 I asked, If there's a creation (me and you) does't there have to be a Creator?"

Psalm 139: 13,14 tell us God created us in our mother's tummies "fearfully and wonderfully." That means you're a "WOW!" to God, and conversely you are not an "oops."

 

The second question when I turned 17 was "If there is a Creator, does He have a plan for me?"

That was answered in Jeremiah 29:11 which tells us our Loving Father has a plan for us to "prosper us and to give us a good future, but not to harm us."  Cool, huh?

 

The third question came when I was 19 (I know, I'm a little slow...). "If God has a plan for me is He going to show it to me?"

The answer in Jeremiah 33:3 is that "call to me and I will answer you."

 

So what did we get from this?  God is our Creator. He has a personal plan for you and me. When we call on Him  and ask Him to, He reveals His plan for you and me.
