Dear Friends:

 

Summer is here and the family at Christ United Methodist Church is ready to "swing into summer" as we offer our Summer Camp and Vacation Bible School to the beaches communities and surrounding areas. We all know that children need to stay busy when school is out, so why not stop by our church office and pick up a registration form for Summer Camp today? We have a staff of qualified teachers ready to serve your children, and we offer extended daycare for each summer session, beginning Monday, June 8th!

 

Our FREE Vacation Bible School session begins June 22-26 and will be a blessing to all of our kids. Along with music, recreation, yummy snacks and exciting teachers, each child will be learning about God's love and how important prayer is in all of our lives. This is a chance for your child to bring some friends for a great week!

 

Need a family night out that won't break the bank? DINNER & A MOVIE NIGHT will be June 13th with dinner beginning at 5:30 p.m., followed by a great family movie at 7:00 p.m. This month's movie is "Over the Hedge" and is FREE for everyone, and dinner for adults is just $4 and $3 for children. So come out and have some fun at our Dinner And A Movie Night!

 

And don't forget... summer is the best time to visit those churches you have been "hoping" to visit, but did not have the time. The congregation of Christ United Methodist Church invites you to join us each Sunday at 10:15 a.m. for inspiring worship and great fellowship. Remember to pack your beach bag and head out to the beach right after church!
